Agreement

These terms apply to your use of SpinDeWheel (spindewheel.com), including its spinning wheels, random pickers and games. By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

The service

SpinDeWheel is free to use and supported by advertising. There are no accounts: you don't sign up or log in, and there is nothing to buy on the website. We may add, change or remove features, and the site may sometimes be unavailable.

How you may use it

You may use the tools for personal, educational and business purposes, for example in classrooms, meetings, live streams, parties and giveaways. You may show the wheel on screen, in videos and in streams.

You agree not to:

• use the site for anything illegal, or to harass, threaten or harm anyone;
• put content on a wheel or in a game that is unlawful, hateful or sexually explicit, or that shares other people's private information;
• run lotteries, raffles or gambling that require a licence or a certified random number generator;
• disrupt the site, overload it with automated traffic, or try to break its security;
• copy, resell or republish the site or its code, or present it as your own;
• interfere with the ads, or click ads in a way that is not genuine.

Your content and saved wheels

You are responsible for the entries, names, images and prompts you add. They stay in your browser and are not sent to us, so we don't review them and don't claim any rights to them.

Saved wheels are stored only in your browser. They are lost if you clear your browser data, use private browsing or change device, and we cannot recover them. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Random results

Our wheels and games pick results at random. They are meant for fun and for small, low-stakes choices. Don't rely on a random result for decisions about health, safety, money, legal matters or anything with serious consequences. If you run a giveaway, you are responsible for its rules and for following the law where you run it.

Party games

Games such as Spin the Bottle and Truth or Dare are for groups who agree to play. Agree your rules first, let anyone pass, and keep dares safe and legal. Nothing on the site requires physical contact. Players under 18 should use family-friendly prompts with an adult nearby. You are responsible for what happens during your game.

Our content

The SpinDeWheel name, logo, design, text and code belong to us or our licensors. Game names and characters on themed wheels belong to their owners and are used only to describe the wheel; we are not affiliated with them.

Ads, links and the mobile app

The site shows ads from Google and links to other websites and app stores. We are not responsible for their content, products or privacy practices. Our mobile app is offered through Google Play under that store's terms and the app's own policies.

No warranty

The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We don't promise that it will always be available, error-free or that saved data will be kept.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, SpinDeWheel is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of the site or from any result it gives. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using the site after a change, the new terms apply.
